Who We Are

Meet Dave & Philip Hynes

Philip & David Hailing from Galway Bay, Ireland, to the bay area in Marin County, the brothers set out working on their individual careers in the building and construction trades across the ocean in Galway, Ireland. Philip and David both worked in joinery and apprentice carpentry as well as working on construction sites, they obtained their initial construction licenses in Ireland. From an early age, growing up in a large family, the principles they learned back then have served them well, work hard, be committed, be dedicated and work well with others.

Powerhouse Building, Inc. specializes in both concrete and framing for new construction, remodels and additions. Powerhouse has been providing quality work for over 20 years. Joint owners, Philip and David Hynes, have been working together building the company over the years. Powerhouse employs talented, hardworking and conscientious workers who take pride in their work. Powerhouse assists the general contractors and homeowners every step of the way
